Energy Choice
Made Simple.
HNVista supplies electricity and natural gas to residential customers, with energy options designed to fit different homes, locations and energy needs.
Energy for Every Kind of Home
Whether you live in a standalone estate, detached home, townhouse, apartment, condo, co-op or another type of residence, HNVista may be able to supply the energy you use if your property is within our service footprint.
Energy Supply The energy you use
Your energy bill already includes a supply charge.
This is the charge for the amount of electricity or
natural gas your home uses.
Electricity is typically measured in kilowatt hours,
while natural gas is commonly measured in therms.
Your rate is multiplied by the amount of energy you use.
When you choose HNVista as your energy
supplier, HNVista is shown on the supply portion of your bill.
This is not a new or additional charge.
You are already paying a supplier for the energy you use.
Energy Delivery Getting energy to your home
Your utility bill also includes a delivery or distribution
charge. This covers the cost of getting your energy supply
through the existing utility infrastructure and into your home.
Your local utility remains responsible for
delivering the energy to your property.
Choosing HNVista as your supplier does not change who delivers
your electricity or natural gas.
One Bill. Two Charges.
The best part of energy choice is that switching suppliers does not mean creating another monthly bill. You continue receiving one bill from your utility and continue making one payment to your utility.
Your Utility Still Has Your Back
Your local utility will continue responding to emergencies, servicing your utility account and remaining responsible for equipment-related matters and the delivery of your energy. Choosing HNVista for your energy supply does not change these responsibilities.
