Simple! Regardless of where you currently get your energy
from — your local utility or another supplier — your one
utility bill is already comprised of two charges.
The first is the supply charge, which is the
charge for the amount of electricity and/or natural gas your
business uses. This charge is based on your rate per
kilowatt hour for electricity or therm for natural gas,
multiplied by the amount of energy used.
Depending on who your supplier is, that company name will
appear on the supply or consumption portion of your bill.
When you choose HNVista, HNVista will be
shown on that portion of your bill.
You're already paying this charge to someone — choosing
HNVista does not create a new or additional charge.
One Bill. Two Charges.
The other charge on your utility bill is the
delivery charge. This is the cost associated
with getting your energy supply to your business and is
handled by your local utility.
So there is still one bill and two charges:
HNVista provides the supply and your
local utility provides the delivery.
The best part is that you continue receiving one bill from
your utility and continue sending one payment to your utility.
You do not directly pay HNVista. Your utility passes the
supply portion on to HNVista.
